How to turn PC as a hotspot WiFi?

For hotspot wifi we have many software to do this.But today i would like to show how to make it by cmd command in window PC.
Here we go:
1.run CMD as administrator
2.And Type  netsh wlan set hostednetwork mode=allow ssid="wifiname" key="12345678" 
3.netsh wlan start hostednetwork
4.netsh wlan show hostednetwork
